Terms & Conditions:
Entrants must be age 18 or older, residents of Arizona, and U.S. citizens. Winners will be responsible for required documents and passports to countries of travel, taxes on price of tour, and personal expenses. Total number of entries is limited to 2500. Odds of winning 1:2500. Drawing will take place at the Prescott POPS Symphony concert on 12/14/08; winner need not be present to win. POPS Symphony Board of Director members are ineligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Specific details are subject to change based on actual conditions at the scheduled time of trip. The Prescott POPS Symphony reserves the right to cancel the raffle should a set number of entry sales fail to be sold. In the event of raffle cancellation, refunds will be issued to entrants in the amount of $65 ($80 less $15 value of the POPS concert ticket). Trip from Aria Tours of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
